Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
• The request must apply to the first-time subscription of the service.
• The account must not have violated our Terms of Service.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@vokwa.com. Please include your registered email address and the transaction ID. Our VOKWA AI TEAM will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further recurring charges will be applied to your payment method.
• Partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing cycle (outside the initial 14-day window) are not provided.

4. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

As an AI service provider, we incur significant GPU computing costs for every image processed. To prevent system abuse:

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if a user has processed an excessive volume of assets (as determined by our system logs) before requesting a refund.
• Users who create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the 14-day guarantee will be permanently banned.

5. Modifications

VOKWA AI TEAM reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
