To access premium features, you may be required to create an account and maintain a valid subscription. All financial transactions are processed securely. VOKWA AI TEAM reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our Refund Policy.
User Content: You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the original images you upload. You grant VOKWA AI a limited, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
VOKWA Property: The Service, including the VOKWA™ brand, logos, "Work Wow" slogan, proprietary algorithms, and underlying software code, remains the exclusive property of VOKWA AI TEAM.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOKWA AI TEAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated outputs. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOKWA AI TEAM is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of our registered jurisdiction.
